Refund & After-Sales Policy

At Sly D Essentials LLC, we stand behind the quality of our ergonomic supports. If your Executive Bolster does not significantly improve your comfort within 30 days of delivery, we want to make it right.

1. Quality Issues & Damaged Goods If your product arrives damaged or develops a quality issue within 7 days of receipt, we provide a Free Resend at no additional cost to you.

2. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 10 days, or if the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will ship a replacement immediately.

3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our support team at the email below with your order number. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
